I showed up at the Sahara branch at closing and was given the best customer service. I was able to update my account. I am grateful for the compassion shown to me. The gentleman there provided great customer service. I failed to get his name.

I had to deposit cash at a different credit union's ATM and was not able to because something was wrong with my card. I went to the Irwindale branch, and as soon as I talked to Liz, she immediately informed me that my card was blocked due to suspicious fraudulent activity. She proceeded to cancel my card and gave me a brand new Rize debit card. She was so helpful, patient and efficient. Sincere appreciation.
