I called specifically with an inquiry on my account and then remembered that I had an issue while trying to deposit money. I was blocked. The girl on the phone then did research through various departments and different people and got me a reason and a response and we were able to clear that up, which I deeply appreciate. Again, unfortunately do not remember the girl's name, but she was more than helpful. Very polite. She went above and beyond and out of her way to correct my situation and I appreciate it.
