Rize Credit Union

This goes out to Victoria. I accidentally left my card out on the ATM, but when I noticed and tried to go back, the ATM kept it. I’m guessing for safety, which is great. She doesn’t know what happens to the card, but she helped me with my loan payment and got me a new ATM card on the spot. Now thats service! With other big banks you would have to wait to receive a new card by mail. Not here… Victoria took care of me and was very professional and kind. Hopefully she gets a bonus or a raise from Rize =-D

My elderly mother and I had a joint account with SCE Credit Union that was transferred here. We've had no problems since the transfer and we receive excellent customer service each time we go into the branch. The online access works well and bill pay has been easy to use.
