The Rize Credit Union – University of Nevada, Reno orientation sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12am PT on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, and ends at 11:59pm PT on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). To be eligible to win, entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and a current student, faculty member, or staff member of the University of Nevada, Reno. Employees of Rize Credit Union (Rize CU), their immediate family members, household members, officials, and board members are not eligible.

There are two ways to enter: 1) Automatic entry: Open a new Rize CU membership with a personal checking account en línea using promo code ORIENTATION during the Sweepstakes Period, subject to approval. One (1) entry will be automatically awarded upon account opening. Must be received by the last day of the Sweepstakes. Limit one mail-in entry per stamped envelope. One entry per person, regardless of the method of entry. Maximum one entry per federal tax identification number.

Four (4) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries within two (2) weeks following the close of the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted by Rize Credit Union. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, for example, 1 in 1,000 entries.

Four (4) prizes will be awarded, one (1) per winner: One (1) 13-inch MacBook Air in Silver with M5 chip, valued at $1,299, one (1) UNR campus parking pass (yellow level for one academic year) valued at $664, one (1) University of Nevada, Reno bookstore gift card valued at $150, and one (1) meal plan contribution in the form of a $150 deposit to the Savings account of the winner.

The winners will be notified by telephone, mail, and/or email. Prize is not transferable. Once awarded, Rize CU assumes no liability for the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or refuses the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.
