I don’t remember their names, but the clerk was very patient with my request and still took the time to help me even though other guests were waiting in line. My account could be frustrating cause there are restrictions, so I know it was hard for her to help me and access parts of my account, but she was still friendly patient, and helpful. The gentlemen who helped me in his office was also very nice and helpful as well.
