Who we are

We’re more than just a financial institution. We’re your trusted partner on your journey toward financial empowerment.

Founded in 1952 by members of IBEW Local 47, our institution later became SCE Credit Union. Over the decades, we’ve expanded our reach and now proudly offer a wide range of valuable financial products and services to members throughout Southern California and Southern Nevada.

We’re proud of our rich history, and for over 70 years, we’ve provided knowledge, access, and care to uplift communities and secure better futures for all. We strive not only to guide you through your finances but also to help you take control of your financial future.

Nuestra organización sin fines de lucro

En 2005 fundamos el centro Center for Financial Empowerment (CFE). Con la misión de romper el ciclo de la pobreza al brindar educación financiera a jóvenes desatendidos y desfavorecidos, los fondos recaudados para la organización se utilizan para trabajar con las escuelas secundarias locales ayudando a preparar a los adolescentes para la vida real, enseñándoles a ser inteligentes en el manejo del dinero y el crédito a través de:

Simulaciones interactivas, divertidas y prácticas, conocidas como Mad City Money
Formación financiera en el salón de clases
Becas universitarias para jóvenes de bajos ingresos
