Cenlar has identified impacted loans within FEMA-designated zip codes to ensure assistance emails reach the homeowners who need them most. Their contact centers remain fully operational and their website has been updated with clear, easy-to-find information on mortgage assistance.

Stay alert: Protect yourself from fraud

In times of crisis, scammers often take advantage of vulnerable situations. Watch for fraudulent FEMA workers, construction/restoration companies, mail, email, and texts. Verify organizations before donating or sharing personal information. Avoid unsolicited requests for sensitive details, and report suspicious activity at ReportFraud.FTC.gov.
