I have been banking with Rize for a few years now. Seriously, every time I need an auto/personal loan, they have always helped me out. Their interest rates are lower than other banks. Always exceeds my expectations. Their customer service personnel are very helpful and friendly. Shout out to Sally Alvares for being very helpful and patient with me. I really recommend them. The Rize personnel did a great job at trying to understand what I wanted to accomplish and did everything they could to help. It took a while to accomplish my request, but they stayed with me all the way.

This goes out to Victoria. I accidentally left my card out on the ATM, but when I noticed and tried to go back, the ATM kept it. I’m guessing for safety, which is great. She doesn’t know what happens to the card, but she helped me with my loan payment and got me a new ATM card on the spot. Now thats service! With other big banks you would have to wait to receive a new card by mail. Not here… Victoria took care of me and was very professional and kind. Hopefully she gets a bonus or a raise from Rize =-D
