I've been with Rize, formerly known as SCE Federal Credit Union, for 8 years now. I've had multiple loans with them. There's a reason I trust this bank to grant me the best rates and the best service... because no bank compares! I have tried to compare rates and every time I come back to Rize they remind me why I stay in the first place.
 
I had the pleasure of taking out a loan with Sally Alvarez who was so nice and attentive. She was quick to call me for additional info, confirmed multiple times, and was able to get me the cash within 24 hours. She is a rockstar!
 
I've never had an issue with them and I am so glad to have found them years ago when I loaned my first car. Though I don't have any branches nearby, most things can be done remotely (if this is a concern for you). Honestly, anyone who has an issue with this bank is likely insanely picky. Remember there's not a lot of banks out there you can count on!
