She is very professional and answered all of my questions with a great deal of patience and attention to detail. I was looking for a bank to open an account for my daughter. I was recommended here, and I am glad I came. Michelle helped us out; she answered all my questions. She is very knowledgeable and informative, which made me feel comfortable. The process was all very smooth.

This goes out to Victoria. I accidentally left my card out on the ATM, but when I noticed and tried to go back, the ATM kept it. I’m guessing for safety, which is great. She doesn’t know what happens to the card, but she helped me with my loan payment and got me a new ATM card on the spot. Now thats service! With other big banks you would have to wait to receive a new card by mail. Not here… Victoria took care of me and was very professional and kind. Hopefully she gets a bonus or a raise from Rize =-D
