Monitor your accounts 24/7 by creating customized text and email alerts. These banking alerts can be based on balances, approvals, transactions and more. You’ll receive them in near-real time. You can also have alerts sent to multiple phone numbers and email addresses.

Setting up alerts is quick and easy

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to Additional Services and select Text Banking & Alerts
  3. Set up your email address and cellphone number
  4. Follow the prompts and select the accounts and types of alerts you want to receive

Once set up, you’ll start receiving alerts according to the limits you’ve set. You can change these settings at any time, as many times as you like.

Once enrolled, you can also send short text commands to 454545 to receive SMS messages on account balances, transactions and more.
