What’s a BankOn checking account?

A BankOn checking account offers essential features at a low cost, including no overdraft charges, online bill pay, and minimal fees. Managed by the Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund (CFE Fund), the BankOn program sets a standard for recommended account features, ensuring equitable access to safe and affordable financial services.

Our achievement of the BankOn certification in January 2018 underscores our commitment to providing accessible banking solutions for all. Through BankOn programs, we not only connect unbanked individuals with accounts but also raise public awareness, target outreach efforts, and expand access to financial education.
