Tiffany Hargrove

Guiding her team with passion, purpose, and care

Tiffany Hargrove may be the Manager of Consumer Loan Processing & Servicing, but her impact extends far beyond her title. Since joining Rize this year, she’s been at the heart of lending operations, overseeing the Consumer Lending Loan Administration, Funding, and DMV teams. Together, they help bring members’ loans to a smooth close and support them throughout the life of their loan.

What Tiffany loves most is the variety her role brings. “No two days are the same – we’re always adapting, solving new challenges, and improving our processes. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that’s not only committed to excellence but also helps strengthen the foundation of our lending operations. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to learn from and grow with.”

Tiffany first heard about Rize at a Global Women’s Leadership Network event. A colleague later mentioned an opening that felt like a perfect fit. After learning more about the culture and role, she knew it was the right opportunity to step outside her comfort zone and explore a new side of consumer lending. “Now, here I am – just a person helping others, learning every day, and growing alongside an incredible team. It’s been a rewarding journey, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to make a difference.”

Her very first job was at RCC Norco College, the summer before her senior year of high school. That early experience in a professional environment gave her confidence as she later transitioned into food service at A&W/Long John Silver’s. There, she balanced school with work and learned lessons that have stayed with her ever since: the value of hard work, teamwork, and resilience. “Working in food service early in my career really shaped my work ethic, and I met some amazing people along the way who left a lasting impression on me.”

Family is Tiffany’s greatest joy. She’s a proud cheer and volleyball mom to her daughter, Tatum, and loves supporting her in every new sport or activity she tries. From birthday parties to spontaneous adventures, Tatum keeps life full of excitement. Tiffany and her husband make sure their daughter experiences all the fun and love childhood has to offer – including Disneyland trips whenever possible.

You might also find Tiffany and her little bestie at East Brew Café enjoying a mommy-and-me date over a Mexican mocha and avobacon toast. Beyond family time, Tiffany also serves on the board for the African American Parent Advisory Council (AAPAC) for JUSD, helping build community and strengthen partnerships in her daughter’s school district.

Tiffany carries with her the advice: “Be a good person to others – you never know what someone is going through.” She also recalls her middle school principal’s daily reminder: “Make it a great day or not, the choice is yours.” What once sounded repetitive now inspires her approach to life – embracing growth, giving herself grace, and choosing positivity each day.

We’re grateful to have Tiffany’s leadership, heart, and dedication shaping the lending experience for our members every day.
