Making a difference every day – in the branch and beyond
Liz’s title may be Member Service Consultant, but her impact stretches far beyond what the name suggests. Since joining Rize Credit Union in 2020, she’s been a trusted guide for members – whether it’s opening new accounts, IRAs, handling teller transactions, answering questions about loan products, or resolving any inquiries that come her way. Behind the scenes, she also supports the branch with day-to-day tasks that keep things running smoothly.
What Liz enjoys most is the different ways she gets to help members and the opportunity to make a difference for each person she helps. “No two cases or situations are alike, and every member varies depending on their needs – that’s what keeps every day at Rize so interesting,” she says.
Her first job was as a receptionist at an auto body shop, where she learned a lesson that’s stayed with her: treat everyone with kindness, no matter the situation.
Outside of work, Liz loves spending time with her daughter, Julianna, and their pets – three dogs and four horses. They enjoy hiking, taking walks, and going on adventures together, and often spend time at the ranch horseback riding. Liz taught Julianna to ride and care for their horses when she was young, sparking a lifelong love for animals. She also enjoys exploring new places, listening to country music with her daughter, spending time with family, and shopping. One of her biggest goals is to continue growing her skills while being the best mother and person she can be.
