GET INVOLVED

Become part of something bigger

At Rize, it all comes down to people helping people. It’s more than a motto – it’s the heart of everything we do.

What does it mean to be a cooperative?
As a financial cooperative, we’re owned by you – our members – not outside shareholders. Every dollar we earn goes right back into better rates, personalized service, and programs that strengthen the communities we serve. We’re driven by purpose, not profit, and everything we do is focused on helping our members thrive. Volunteers help bring these cooperative principles to life by guiding our Credit Union’s direction.

Why your voice matters
As a member, you don’t just belong – you have a say in how we grow and where we go next. Volunteering is your chance to get involved, give back, and help shape the future of Rize.

Ways to get involved
We’re looking for passionate members who care about our community and want to help the Credit Union continue to grow and make a difference. You don’t need a financial background – just an interest in learning the financial aspects of the Credit Union, strong leadership, business insight, and a desire to serve. We’ll provide training to support your success.

Ready to get involved?

We’d love to hear your story! Serving on the Board of Directors or Supervisory Committee is a meaningful way to represent fellow members and help guide the future of Rize.

  • Board of Directors – Elected volunteers who represent members’ interests, set long-term strategy, and ensure Rize stays true to its mission.
  • Supervisory Committee – Volunteers who oversee the integrity, transparency, and sound financial practices of the Credit Union.

Apply anytime – our Nominating Committee reviews during the annual Call for Nominations and follows up afterward. Applications received outside that window will roll to the next cycle.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

We believe that together we Rize. As a credit union, everything we do is rooted in these cooperative values:
