This bank is always on point when it comes to servicing their clients. My kids now have their own account with this institution.

I have been able to get fairly fast service from employees anytime I reach out for assistance, and for the most part, all Rize employees have been very helpful and reassuring while assisting me. I would like to shout out to one of your employees there as well, Liz O and Laura in headquarters. I don't know Laura's last name, but they have assisted me on a couple of occasions very respectfully and were able to help me resolve and troubleshoot all concerns I had regarding my account. So Thank You Riz I appreciate being a member here

I was helped in a timely manner at the Irwindale branch. Michelle had the appropriate forms ready for me to sign, etc. Any question I asked was explained, and she included the why or why not. Rize CU is very professional and tech-savvy. Much of the paperwork is done electronically, which saves a lot of time during the office visit.

Always professional, and convenient, many programs for members to use for their own benefit.
