If you’ve visited our Boyle Heights branch, there’s a good chance you’ve met Miguel Navarro – one of our warm, knowledgeable Member Service Consultants and Financial Counselors. Since joining Rize Credit Union in 2019, Miguel has brought positivity, professionalism, and a true passion for helping others.
He began his journey with us as a teller in Irwindale and eventually made his way to Boyle Heights, where he now assists members with everything from opening accounts to processing transactions – in both English and Spanish. Whether you’re looking for everyday support or financial guidance, Miguel is someone you can count on.

Miguel’s path to Rize was paved by family – his sister, Silvia Flores from our Lynwood branch, introduced him to the team. Before that, he gained years of experience working for Bank of America and LA County Probation. His first-ever job? A summer gig at Universal Studios Hollywood when he was just 17.
Outside of work, Miguel enjoys spending time with his wife and their two adorable bunnies 🐰. He loves visiting SoCal beaches, rooting for LAFC, and exploring new places. He’s also a toy and comic book collector with two major goals on his bucket list: attending a World Cup and visiting Japan 🌍.
