California Consumer Privacy Act Request

We must be able to adequately verify your identity to respond to your request.

Under Title 1.81.5 of the California Civil Code, Section 1798.100 et seq., I am submitting a consumer request to Rize Federal Credit Union (RizeCU). As applicable, I understand that:

  • RizeCU is not required to stop sharing or delete certain personal information needed to provide products I have or services I receive.
  • It is possible RizeCU may not have any personal information which is eligible for opt-out or deletion.
  • I am only entitled to receive information about the data collected about me by RizeCU twice in any 12-month period.
