These terms govern Rize Federal Credit Union\u2019s (RizeCU) social media-based websites, accounts, pages, and applications (collectively, \u201csites\u201d). RizeCU welcomes member and non-member participation as a means of sharing experiences, suggesting improvements, and contributing to conversations. When posting comments, users should not include specific account details or other personal information. If they have immediate service needs, they should call RizeCU\u2019s Member Care Center at 800.866.6474<\/a> or visit one of RizeCU\u2019s local branches for assistance.<\/p>

Only plain text should be used when submitting comments.<\/p>

Posts from individuals under the age of 13<\/strong>
Cannot be accepted.<\/p>

Posts containing photos<\/strong>
Will not be accepted, unless specifically requested by an authorized representative of RizeCU for a contest or other business-related purpose. In these instances, photos will be reviewed and will not be posted if deemed inappropriate.<\/p>

Endorsements<\/span><\/p>

RizeCU does not endorse any comments made by its employees unless they are made in an authorized representative capacity.
